During this time, we will consult with you on your renovation process that you choose. JCD & Co. share their extensive

knowledge of design, renovation construction, as well as layout and finish ideas. Afterwards, you can take the knowledge and

any supplied sketches and apply them as you wish to your project. If you would like to hire JCD & Co. to continue to develop your

design further, the consultation fee will be applied to a Design Retainer and services will be billed at the hourly rate.
